Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Please be aware of our 48-hour Cancellation and No-Show Policy.

Consistency with keeping your appointments is important to our therapeutic work. Missed
appointments can hinder your progress and limit our ability to serve you adequately. Cancellations with
short notice also prevent us from scheduling other clients who could benefit from the session time. For
these reasons, we discourage cancellations, and ask you to communicate requests for schedule changes with at least 48 hours advanced notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours-notice will automatically be charged a fee* based on the
following fee schedule:

Cancellations within 0 – 24 hours of your appointment time and No-Shows will be charged your full
session fee.

Cancellations with 25-48 hours of your appointment time will be charged a flat fee of $75.
*Fees will be charged to the credit card provided at intake at the time of cancellation or missed
appointment.
